Which problems did I face as a.......?

A) Teacher: being a teacher was a great experience because we could feel what our teachers feel when they are in front of us teaching what they have learned , not only knowledge but also experience. On the other hand, we faced some problems, such as: different kind of students, different ways of thinking, etc. in few words nothing that a good teacher cannot manage.

B) Student: for me, being student is the easiest part because the only thing that we have to do is trust ourselves, pay attention to class, make the best we can and enjoy life.

C) Observer: to become observer, first of all, you have to have the precious knowledge of what your are going to observe, second you have to be the more objective possible with your observeations so that you can help the teacher to become a better teacher.

D) Material designer: was funny, we designed listening activities for upper-intermediate level students, we designed the activities and we are recording the audios for these activitites. I think that when a teacher or student has a specific objective to accomplish is easier to design material because you've got the target and as a consequence you know what to do.
